Maintenance Worker - Part time Position

20-25 hour/week; no benefits

The position will consist of a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the buildings, grounds, and equipment are safe, operational, and secure.

Expected hours are 4:00pm-8:00/9:00pm, Mon-Fri and Sat as needed.

• Duties will include keeping the church, classrooms, and halls clean and ready to use.
• The successful candidate will be able to work independently, checking everything off their to-do list, meeting deadlines and schedules.
• Attention to detail and the ability to look for a solution when a problem is presented is required.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.
• A plus would be if the individual selected is able to make minor electrical, plumbing, and other physical repairs, e.g. painting.
